Registration fee:
Early bird (by September 15, 2018):
Academic: 330 EUR (poster or oral presentation of the article required)
Student: 300 EUR (poster or oral presentation of the article required)
Student: 260 EUR (without attendance on the conference)
Regular (September 15 – September 30):
Academic: 380 EUR (poster or oral presentation of the article required)
Student: 350 EUR (poster or oral presentation of the article required)
Student: 330 EUR (without attendance on the conference)
Last Minute (October 1 – October 31):
Academic: 430 EUR (poster or oral presentation of the article required)
Student: 400 EUR (poster or oral presentation of the article required)
Student: 380 EUR (without attendance on the conference)
Accompanying person and participants from industry: 120,- EUR
Registration Includes:
- All programs
- Reception banquet
- Lunch during the conference
- Coffee break during the conference
For Accompanying Person:
- Entry pass for opening ceremony
- Reception banquet
- Coffee break during the conference
- Lunch during the conference
For Student:
- Entry pass to all lectures
- Coffee break during the conference
- Lunch during the conference
Students will be required to provide valid students ID
Cancellation and refunds
- The deadline for refunds and/or cancellations is June 30, 2018. Such refunds will incur a 10% administrative fee to cover processing, handling and bank fees.
- After July 1, 2018 the refunds and/or cancellation will incur a 50% administrative fee.
- Refund requests from participants received after August 31, 2018 are not eligible for a refund.
- In case of a negative review of the article, a proportional amount will be credited.
